Suggested donation $25-50 Saturday or $50-100 camping.  All proceeds go to increasing accessibility of services for clients in need 

Parking, check-in, & camping are at 65 Connie Davis Rd, Candler, NC

Check-in begins at 4pm on Friday, pack-out by noon on Sunday

4:00-7:00 check-into camping area/parking area

6:30-7:00 welcome/gratitude, Josh Short and Tiffany Sauls

7-8 DJ Timeless

8-11:30 DJ Disco 3000 in the dance hall (costumes encouraged)

9-11:30 Bonfire and jam (BYOInstruments!)

 

Saturday

Check-in from 9am-noon. Activities meet on covered deck unless otherwise noted.

Camping Info

  • No pets allowed

  • Please be in the campground or at the event and do not hang out on the road or path between them 

  • Portapotties and water are available in the camping area.  

  • Camping is off the grid, i.e. no electricity or hook-ups, please leave generators at home, (van camping is fine)

  •  Leave No Trace - please take trash/recycle with you from campground

  • BYOB

Suggested Packing List:

Hammocks

Folding camp chairs

Ground blanket

Sun shade, tarp or pop-up

Bicycles, Onewheels, or wagons.  (camping area is 5 min walk from event space)

Tent

Sleeping bags plus pads, air mattresses or cots

Pillows

Folding table or camp kitchen

Headlamps or flashlights

Lantern 

Cash/credit card if you want to purchase from food truck

Water bottle

Meals and snacks (there will only be a food truck available from 3-8 Saturday)

Stove, fuel, lighters

Pans, pots, plates, cups, kitchen utensils for cooking and eating

Camp sink for washing dishes

Biodegradable soap

Cooler, ice, beverages 

BYOB, no alcohol will be sold on site

Hand sanitizer or wipes
