Set and Setting ~ Where Healing Happens
In our wooded, 16-acre retreat in the foothills of Mount Pisgah, we keep nature immersion at the heart of every encounter with our clients. Using both indoor and outdoor offices, we offer integrative psychiatry consultations and treatment from our board-certified integrative psychiatrist, nurse practitioner, and therapists. When appropriate, we provide psychedelic-assisted therapy combined with nature immersion work.
Our small forested watershed, graced with flowers and fireflies, serves as a sacred, invitation-only space for our clients.

Testimonials
The folk at AIP offer a caring and safe environment, which is vital for this experience. I discovered a sense of confidence and trust in myself thanks to having gone through it. That despite my initial anxiety, everything is going to be okay! This would not have been possible without the support of this team. I felt a strong sense of love for myself, others, and the world at large. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for deeper healing. I am super grateful for my time here!!"
I experienced the 1 day ketamine experience known as [The Inner Voyage]… Ending the experience with a massage and private yoga session was the perfect way to round the day out… everyone I encountered was helpful, caring, and showed a clear passion for their work. The facility was clean and peaceful and they clearly thought of every creature comfort. You really cannot ask for more from a place of healing."
