Solstice Forest Bathing with Christa Hebal

Come experience a very special Solstice Shinrin-yoku!  

Led by forest therapy guide Christa Hebal, this 2.5 to 3-hour stroll through the forest allows you to fully immerse yourself in the wonders of nature. Through a series of invitations, you’ll be encouraged to quiet your mind, slow down, awaken your senses, and deepen your connection with both nature and community. As you meander through the forest, you’ll have the chance to witness the awe-inspiring beauty of the area. The easy guided hike takes you along a  peaceful trail, granting you the perfect opportunity to take it all in.
